Welcome to “Sunspot”, the perfect spot for your place in the Orlando sun, and launching pad for a great vacation with many local attractions (only 2 miles to the gates of Disney World). Instead of a cramped hotel room, you may stretch out in a spacious 6 bedroom, 4 bath room private home at the end of a cul-de-sac, with its own screened and heated pool and spa, lanai, grill and lounge chairs.

Inside there is upgraded furniture, great room leather sofas and chairs and a big screen television set with a DVD player and cable and computer station with high speed internet access. We offer a game room (full sized slate pool table, foosball and electronic dart board), five televisions and cable tv throughout, theme bedrooms (Mickey-Minnie, Wild Kingdom and Sea World rooms), stereo, inside and outside games (Playstation 2 is available upon request), washer and dryer with linens and towels and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and breakfast bar. Domestic long distance calls are free.

 

Privacy and security are offered, a pool security alarm on all doors and a separate privacy fence. Activities are available outside in the pool and spa, in the great room, or in the game room, plus neighborhood offerings of tennis courts, putting green, soccer field and playground equipment. Golf courses surround the area.

All rooms are on one floor and easily accessible with a handicap accessible shower with grab bars. It sleeps up to 12 to 14 guests, and no smoking or pets are allowed. There are two master suites with ensuite bathrooms, each with a king bed, and four other bedrooms, one with a queen bed, two with twin beds and one with bunk beds. A crib is provided at no charge.

With the managers of the house a few houses away and on the same street, we will take care of the cares and concerns of providing a comfortable and enjoyable place for you to stay, so you may concentrate on enjoying your family and friends and the wonderful attractions Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer.
